I got sick, SICK. Me , Lex Ellerhon, Sick! Are you kidding me?! I never get sick. Yet there I was, laying on the living room couch, hacking up lungs and kidneys, choking on phlegm and loogeys and a whole wack of yummy stuff. Pneumonia. A werewolf with pneumonia. And it's bad, because when I cough, I COUGH. My lungs muscles, like the rest of me, are incredibly strong. Which is bad in this case, since it sent way too much snot from my lungs into my throat, choking me every time I coughed. It was not fun being sick. I nearly died, several times. I always have a high body temperture, but this had made the thermometre skyrocket.

So yeah, Alys had treated me like a baby for three and a half weeks while I recovered. Her precious little Lexie, can't take care of himself. I'm a thousand years old, and I can't blow my nose without her looking over my shoulder, and yet she sends me on highly dangerous missions without an afterthought. How ironic is this?
