"I am the rightful king! If you do not grant me this, then, I shall do...something drastic and very scary.," I said, starting out hot and ending up lame. "I'm not cut out to be an actor, Tan." I told the young girl standing an arms length from me. Tandier was probably one of the cutest little kids you will ever see. To be honest, she's not THAT little anymore, she's thirteen, but I've known her every single day of her life, and well, comparing her age to mine she's still pretty little.
"Come on Lex, once more? I think I've almost got it!" she pleaded, giving me the 'Look' you know, the sad one that little children have that they know they can use on guardians and parents to make them do whatever the hell the kid wanted? yeah, THAT look. I muttered under my breath and turned around, inhaling deeply, then turning back to her. "I AM THE RIGHTFUL KING! GIVE ME MY LAND BACK!" I said, rather loudly. Sadly, I'm not cool looking when I yell, so Tan just thought I looked too hilarious and started laughing at me.
I cannot begin to tell you how awfully hard it is to take care of a thirteen year old demon-child.
